Natasha’s Daily Scripture, Prayer, and Reflection for 7.11.19

Scripture

I am glad I can have complete confidence in you.

2 Corinthians 7:16

Reflection

This is a strong declaration. Do you have complete confidence in God? Do you trust 100% that He has a solution to every one of your problems? Do you believe that He can make a way out of no way? Let’s see.

Prayer

Father-Mother, please keep working on me. I believe that You are the great “I Am” and that You are my Creator, Protector, and my Everything. I trust, but You know that it is not fully—because if I trusted you 100 percent then I wouldn’t worry and be fearful.

My lack of trust is not an opinion of you but an opinion and reflection of me, and my lack of trustworthiness. If I possessed it fully then I would give it fully, and the anxiety that I feel would be nonexistent. I pray to be more trustworthy and trusting.

Father-Mother, I am confident that You will make a way for me—in all areas of my life, in all of the spaces that I’ve messed up with my foolishness. My tears are shed due to my impatience— because I placed myself into situations that are uncomfortable, and these decisions have caused me a great amount of stress. To add to this, my timing for relief, a desire for instant gratification, isn’t aligned with Your time, so my stress mounts. I know that You are always on time. I pray for comfort in the wait.

Father-Mother, I believe that my deadlines and obligations will be met through Your will and grace. I pray for internal peace as I align with You, while focused on doing the work that You have called me to do. In Your son, Jesus’ name I humbly pray to You. Amen.

Love,

Natasha
