Scripture

By faith in his name, his name has made this man strong, whom you see and know. Yes, the faith which is through him has given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.

Acts 3:16 WEB

Reflection

Faith is believing in the unseen, the unknown, the immeasurable, and the inconceivable.

Faith is walking even when you don’t see the path ahead.

Faith is believing in and opening yourself to seeing, hearing, tasting, smelling, and touching using your spiritual senses—and not with your human senses (which are limited).

Faith is knowing that there is a “there” even when you aren’t sure where “here” is.

In Acts 3:16, the testimony tells of a man who had faith in Jesus and the name of Jesus, and through that faith he was healed and made whole. Can you not see, hear, and feel the limitless power of faith?

God created us out of His spiritual image and likeness and has equipped us with the ability to heal, grow, and experience things beyond our comprehension-– it is our limited thinking that prevents us from doing it.

Fear is a distractor, a blocker. It rears up to distort your vision and perfect reception to God. The greater your fear the less you rely upon God to solve your dilemma. The more you give in to the fear, the more you pull away from God.

Jesus showed us how to deal with fear. Can you say that you’ve had to carry a bigger burden and face bigger challenges than Jesus? Then why don’t we trust him 100% by following his lead? Fear tells us that his lead is too much, too great, too burdensome, too intense, too this and too that. So we look for the easy route, the easy out. Good luck thinking that will work out for you. I don’t believe in luck. I believe in God.

Fear is a punk. Faith is a warrior.

Fear keeps you in the state of lack. It keeps you struggling to survive. Faith fills and overflows your cup with abundance of greatness. Faith plus works equals a life of thriving, not just surviving.

We “can’t” with fear. We can with faith. It’s impossible with fear. It’s only possible with faith. Fear keeps “can’t” and “impossible” and “it’s too difficult” and “there’s no cure” as the barriers in our life. They become the forests that we think we can’t see past. Faith gives you the vision to see everything, everywhere.

Expand your thinking and vision.

Look beyond the weeds and trees, and beyond the obvious things surrounding you. Connect with your spiritual foundation and then hold on for the ride, because it’s going to be exciting and euphoric.

Prayer

Father, I know that through Your son Jesus Christ–the wayshower–I will find my way to where You expect me to be. It is through him that I receive my training and development to see how I am supposed to serve You, live my life, treat myself, and treat others. I want to build my faith in knowing that I am never separate from You or Jesus.

Father, I want to build my faith in believing and knowing that all crooked ways will be made straight, that all debts will be paid to me and by me to others.I want total faith that I am always whole, complete, healed, and at-one with You and Your son. I want total faith to see through my spiritual eyes, hear through my spiritual ears, and feel, smell, and taste using my other spiritual senses.

Please remove from me the fears that limit my reach to what I know to be spiritually true. Remove the fear that would weaken me to revert to the behaviors and practices of the world. I am not a product of the world. I should not act as though I am. Please help me to always see, know, and speak the Truth over my circumstances.

I declare that I am Your child and Jesus is my shepherd. I declare that I am a believer, a practicer, and a follower of Christ. I declare that I am Your ambassador and servant, and that it is my purpose to serve all of Your children-– even the non-believers-– so that every day Your Light and the essence of Jesus, exudes from me, and brings them closer to You both.

In Jesus’ name I pray to You Father. Amen.

God bless you all. I love each and every one of you!
